What you see is what you pay. All sales taxes are included.

Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us ASAP, and within 24 hours, on tomowear@gmail.com and we will try our best to cancel your order before shipment.

 

How do I track my order?

We would be happy to share the tracking details with you, once your package has been dispatched 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We are happy to offer worldwide shipment.

 

Which courier do you use?

We use national mail service for standard domestic and international shipping. We can also offer premium express shipping on request. Please contact us at tomowear@gmail.com and we'll find the best solution.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We deliver for FREE (within 2 - 3 business days) in Vietnam and Sweden, and we offer worldwide shipment (within 7-10 business days) for a flat rate (up to 2 products) second garment will enjoy a free ride).

 

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will need to sign upon delivery.

 

What if I receive a faulty / wrong order?

What if I don’t receive my order?

Let us know immediately on tomowear@gmail.com, and we will help you to track down your order. In the event, the courier was unable to deliver your parcel, kindly follow the instructions from the courier or contact the courier directly.
