Our Returns Policy
Of course we hope you will love your Tò Mò garment, as much as we do! But we respect that sometimes the fit just isn’t there. We will listen and do our best to find a solution within the following framework:
- If you contact us within 7 days (after delivery of parcel), we would be happy to help you to change size and color, or return your garment with a full refund, as long as you keep the label and the packaging isn’t damaged.
- The shipping charges for returned products will be paid by you. Kindly contact us on email@example.com for more information and return address.
Please remember to retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be liable for any items that have not been delivered.
- To be entitled to full refund or change of size or color, the item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels and tags intact and still attached.
- In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your pants (we are sure you will, but just to make sure:)
- Damaged goods will not be considered for change or refund.
- Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the returned product reaches us.
- After we have received your returned item(s), we will process the refund and notify you via email. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
